EXHIBITING STALL - COST: £800 for two days (this includes 2 delegate tickets)
Each stall space may be attended by up to 2 individuals. You may bring your own exhibition stands or we can provide tables and exhibition boards. You will also be emailed a 'See me at MAMA Conference 2012' button to display on your website if you wish. Please note: all exhibitors must also have a delegate place as stalls will be set up in all of the conference rooms. There is no option to only purchase exhibition space. |

INFORMATION TABLE FOR LEAFLETS & SAMPLES COST: £100 PER 200 LEAFLETS/SAMPLES
If you would like delegates to have access to your leaflets or product samples, you can purchase space on our information table. At break & lunchtimes delegates will be free to pick up any information they wish from this area. |

SPONSOR IDENTITY LANYARDS - COST: £750
Each delegate will be issued with a logo lanyard & identity badge which they can take home after the conference. The sponsor will be entitled to having their logo printed on the lanyards and on the front page of our website, with a link. |

SPONSOR DELEGATE PENS - COST: £600
These will be handed out to every delegate with the sponsor's logo. Again, this will also entitle you to displaying your logo with a link to your website from our front page. |

SPONSOR DELEGATE Bags - COST: £1000
Every delegate will be issued with a bag containing information about the conference. This package entitles the sponsor to having their logo displayed on the front of each bagfolder and on the inserted information. In addition, their logo will be displayed on the front page of our website with a link. |

SPONSOR A STUDENT PLACE - COST: £500
We will be refunding the cost of a Student Place at the conference, picking the candidate at random nearer the time. A sponsor of this package will get their logo & link added to our front page with an explanation that they are funding a student. |
